Amos Media Company Sells Cars & Parts Magazine to Xceleration Media Group

Chicago, IL (04/26/2016) – Amos Media Company (www.amosmedia.com), the leading information resource for numismatic and philatelic investments, collectors and general hobbyists today announced the sale of Cars & Parts to Xceleration Media Group. The announcement was made by Rick Amos, Chairman and CEO of Amos Media Company, and Shawn Brereton, Group Publisher of Xceleration Media Group. Financial terms were not disclosed.

“In today’s highly competitive automotive magazine industry, Amos Media has decided to sell Cars & Parts to Xceleration Media Group, whose suite of automotive enthusiast titles will enable the continued evolution of the brand,” Mr. Amos said. “Amos Media has decided to now focus on our core brands, which offer more business opportunities. It also gives us more flexibility to further develop our digital product offerings for our dealers, retailers and hobbyists, and to broaden the delivery of trusted content in the fields of numismatics and philately.”
